TUBEROSE
POLIANTHES TUBEROSA
Tuberose is a herbaceous plant in the Agavaceae family. Its flower’s fragrance is considered one of the most powerful in the plant kingdom. Native to Mexico, tuberose was introduced to Europe around 1600. To preserve its fragrance, its flowers are still picked by hand today.
Its scent is so intense that in Italy, young women were forbidden from strolling in the gardens where tuberose grew in the evening: they might not have been able to resist the young men, intoxicated by its intensely sensual fragrance!

How to care for your candle
We recommend letting your candle burn for about 2 hours so that the entire surface becomes liquid; otherwise, it may tunnel around the wick.
Trim the wick before each use (ideal length: 3 to 5 mm).
To avoid smoke and soot, snuff out the flame rather than blowing it out. Center the wick.
Tip: Light your scented candle 1 hour before guests arrive, so the fragrance has time to fill the room.
Never leave a candle unattended.
