BAY LAUREL
LAURUS NOBILIS
A leader of the Lauraceae family, this tree with fragrant leaves is native to Asia Minor. Widespread around the Mediterranean, it thrives in sunny, fertile areas. Its leaves remain green all year round, making it a symbol of immortality. Once used to crown the heads of kings, poets, and victors, the Bay Laurel was also the symbol of Apollo in antiquity.
Today, it is often used as a culinary herb and is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties.

How to care for your candle
We recommend letting your candle burn for about 2 hours so that the entire surface becomes liquid; otherwise, it may tunnel around the wick.
Trim the wick before each use (ideal length: 3 to 5 mm).
To avoid smoke and soot, extinguish the flame rather than blowing it out. Re-center the wick.
Tip: Light your scented candle 1 hour before guests arrive, so the fragrance has time to diffuse.
Never leave a candle unattended.
