A serene virility, brutal in its overdoses, and gentle in the sophistication of its ingredients, makes French Lover the absolute men's fragrance. Pierre Bourdon has composed a powerful, sensual, and refined fragrance, aromatic and spicy. Its heart is built around angelica and its natural allies: cedar and vetiver. Faceted with iris, pimento, and galbanum, the ensemble is set on a bed of patchouli, incense, and musk. A fragrance with a vegetal animality.

The Perfumer : Pierre Bourdon
A graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Pierre Bourdon abandoned a predetermined path to learn the art of perfumery at Roure Bertrand Dupont in Grasse. Alongside his studies at this legendary laboratory, he was the only student of Edmond Roudnitska. The latter taught him his formulation techniques and passed on his vision of perfume as a work of art in its own right. He then joined Roure in Paris and became one of the key members of the fine fragrance team. Unanimously recognized as one of the most innovative and eclectic perfumers of our time, his vision of perfumery is defined by innovation, modernity, and quality.
Les Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle
Frédéric Malle founded Editions de Parfums on the model of publishing houses. The greatest perfumers of our time enjoy total freedom here to compose completely original and absolutely modern fragrances.
A perfumery expert, Frédéric Malle selects these artists himself and then helps them to bring out their best. The result of this collaboration is the finest perfumes in every olfactory category.
Together, they strive to push the creative boundaries of their craft. Perfume thus becomes an object of art.
